    Brief Description: I tried to protect a banner with a locked sign but it doesn't work

    Instructions: 1. Get a sign and a banner 2.Put the sign on the banner 3. lock the sign

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: all times it works
    Result: The banner will be not locked

    Expected Result: Nothing

    Evidence: note that the phrase "La schermata è stata salvata come..." means "Screenshot saved as ..." I'm not english

    I think he's filing it as a bug report because a banner's a block, and any block next to a locked sign is also locked with the sign. Banners not working like that sounds like a bug to me.
