    Hello!
    Title says most of it.
I will be paying back at the rate of 3k per day, for approximately 60 days (about two months).
This may seem like a low interest rate back and long time for payment, but I really don't have much of a chance to play a lot (being a student and all).

I need the loan because during my entire (two months) time on ECC I've been working as a co-owner to two towns, and the owner is going slightly inactive. During the two months I have been on ECC, I have built a fairly large town and invested much time and love into it. However, recently the town owner bought 300k worth of features, and if he cannot pay it back in two months then the person he owes it to gets both towns. I worked up a deal with the owner of the town and with the person that the owner owes to, and will be buying the towns for 175k (3 towns, connected, actually). Unfortunately, the person who is owed the towns needs the money immediately and that is why I am looking for a loan to pay this person.
I really don't want to lose the places I spent time on, and have grown attached to them. I know this sounds like a large loan (only 25k profit), and I can do more then 200k if need be, and work longer. However, my income is low, and may barely be able to keep a steady 4k a day.

Thank you for taking the time to read this!

It will be impossible to find a 2 month loan of 175k for 200k payback best u will find on 2 month loans is like 350k I think.

@MCHelix3000 That would be very helpful, thanks :)

Ah, I was afraid of that. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be getting the towns then. :( Thanks for telling me though!

My advice would be to stop looking at this like an all-or-nothing problem. Essentially you are buying three towns for 175k (~$58,334 each). Instead of searching for a loan for all three, try looking for a business partner. Split the costs and split the towns. You wouldn't get legal ownership of all three, but at least you wouldn't lose them all together.

Toward that end, it would be helpful to know the town names, the current owner, and the lender.

Thanks for the great advice Azrael. I probably should add the names.

I might be interested in going in with you on one of the three towns. I would like to see the towns first though. We shall chat once the server is back online.

Sure! I'm pretty sure that the current owner is not paying back the debt, but is still allowed two months. That basically means we would have two months to earn 175k, which really doesn't sound that bad.

I am confused, in the thread you say you need the money immediately. I have enough to cover one of the towns.

    Let me re-say that.

The town I co-own and basically built is owned by Haydensch. He owns two towns next to it, which I also work a bit on. Recently, Hayden bought a $60 feature from David_Torento for 300k. Hayden has 3 months to pay it back. If he does not, his 3 towns go to David. Hayden told me that he will be quitting for a while, and won't be paying back the debt, and I could own the towns if I wanted. I asked David if I could buy it now, before the remaining 2 months for the debt were up. David said I could buy the towns from him. However, he needed the money immediately, so he said if I want to buy the towns I need to pay him 175k for them immediately. I assumed that he wanted the money immediately and I get the towns, so I was looking for a 175k loan to give to him and work for the person who loaned me the money instead.

However, I recently realized that until the two months for Hayden to pay back David are up, David cannot sell the towns (according to the contract). If I wanted, I could buy them now, and Hayden says that is fine with him.

Does that make any sense? I either pay David 175k now or wait 2 months until the time for Hayden to pay David is up and pay him then.

Okay, so I basically have about two months before you can sell the towns?

Hayden told me I could sell them whenever. I just want to give him the benefit of the doubt, in hopes that he changes his mind about leaving.

Well, with him, that's probably a good idea.
Can I still get two months to earn the money though?

Oh, that's awesome. Hayden says he's gonna try hard to pay it back, too (not quitting, apparently)
