    They are normal for a plot of that size, in a quality town with close to no greafing. @animedude88 It is on portal lvl 18, on the right in the blue section.

    Mine would be 20k, but there are no limitations to building in your plot. There is no griefing. Remember this is a total of 25 plots and is discounted 5k or more
