Lulz a german town right next to my Nihon nation towns... :3

Lemme think some time more before deciding to become a builder. Though I won't lie, I am interested in it... Teehee.

Why do you want co-mayor or to build:Because, building in a mods town would be a great honor and would be very fun to contribute to the town. I would mainly like this position to show ecc my skills and what i can accomplish in well known towns.
What are some of the builds you made (Provide screenshots): pbrassat17 im on vacation right now i will post pics when i get home because, im on a laptop with no screen shots to be able to get, because i don't use my mac for minecraft i just bring it places since its easier to transport.
Do you understand that you keep 75% of sales, the other 25% goes towards me/the town: Depending on my builds i may let you keep more :D. Im not one to make profit i do it cause i like it.
How often can you tend to the town: Depending on the hours i play, probably, all week, so 4-5 hours a day starting out.
Can you pay the 5k fee to become Co-Mayor:Yes i can.

Hmmm, 1900's German architecture...
At the time many of the buildings were fairly blah, of course with some exceptions, most buildings were pretty square-ish. This town doesn't seem to me like it will be very interesting.
