Looking for Quick and Efficient Workers

Currently I am undergoing a Massive project along with a few other friends and we are looking for some help with very tedious work. I am wanting someone whom can work quickly yet get the job done quickly.

Job Openings:
1. Glass Dome Labor - Will be responsible for building a "perfectly shaped" glass dome. The catch is that this dome will need to be Underwater!
2. Supply Caravan - Lol, technically this person would be responsible for delivering materials to us on demand. The orders would not be small, yet it is a chance for someone to go out and collect for us and make some extra dough instead of the Spawn Shop.
3. Land Clearing - I could choose to use a service but thought I might see if anyone would be willing to work cheaper and what they could offer on timing. Entitles to not just flattening, but anything we need cleared.
4. Architectural Work - These openings are for the gifted when it comes to structural design. Looking for buildings and houses that will be unique in themselves, meaning housing districts wont be flooded with the same house just built over and over. Also will be responsible for more sophisticated builds depending on skill and our current needs.
5. Daily Workers - These are the jobs with no specific tasks at hand, mainly for the ones that just want to make a small amount of cash and head on there way. Yet, they are respected for returning daily to help out.

NOTE:
This project is just getting started and will take awhile to actually get where we can employ all jobs at once. Also, funding is an issue as well as the overall manpower for Staff. We will be looking for dedicated members in being part of the staff as the project begins to prosper. (even people just willing to fund or farm for funds would be nice)

I choose to keep my workers on a "need to know" basis for certain idea reasons. But If something pertains to the job you would like to do, I make sure to give all details needed for the completion of the task at hand.
