    FREE Mayor​
    Because of the map reset, I want to have a couple towns in the newly generated land. My next town, if I would get it myself would be very expensive, so I've decided to buy some resident mayors. Pretty much, I will buy your mayor for you. However, as soon as the town is made, you will hand over all ownership to me. You don't get perms, co-ownership or anything, sorry. I may ask for you to submit an application for the town (ie portal, warp, or PvP). In that case, I would pay you for the app, and you would submit it. Of course, I would also allow this for mayors to become president, but I will still only pay 85k. I may take anywhere from 1 to 3 people from this, depending on how many areas I find appealing.

    So you pay the title for us and then we hand the town to you. We get the title but we lose the town (the most important thing about getting mayor). Then if we want to start our first town we would have to pay 180k (president + second town app) instead of the usual 85k?

    No it doesn't. You have to apply for another town which costs 140k if I'm right.

    Why should I choose you over the other candidates? I have been on the server for a long time(1.7.3)and i have been a res for almost 2 years now and i really want to be a mayor.
