I'll pay it monthly through means you decide, on a date you decide - I can do the first payment up front.

Terms:
1. As this is a long term deal I'd like a contract. I don't mind a clause to adjust for changes to average feature price.
2. I would prefer 7k/USD but I'm negotiable.
3. Gotta be able to do this for 12 months.
