Looking for Trusted/Experienced Builder to Make A End Portal Room

I am looking for someone to build a End Portal Room within the town of ECCHeadMuseum.

The pay would be very minimum but you will be credited for the build with your own locked sign in your build plus a statue above your portal room with another locked sign.
You'll also be credited in the official thread on the forum located here: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ecocitycraft-head-museum.115542/

There would also be a contract involved because of the nature of the town and giving build permissions.

The area is in the last picture.
You can also get there by going /warp eccheadmuseum and the flying diagonally to the towers on the circle.
Youll eventually fly into one that is empty.
