Preferably with room around it so I can add more towns when I get Pres, but that isn't a big deal. Since I have a low budget I am looking for anything that either 1) Is cheap or 2) Still needs flattened and whatnot. So yeah Ill be posting an application just so I get all the info I am needing

If I do not have enough money to buy asap and I am interested I can make money rather quickly, as long as the town isnt advanced and/or overpriced.
