I am searching for somebody or even a construction company to construct a big mansion in my town for myself. I am willing to spend good money but I also have some specific requests to be included in the mansion:
1) I would like an indoor stable inside the mansion. Big enough to fit up to 5 horses.
2) I would like a a good sized kitchen that included cooking pots, furnaces, water, fridge, etc...
3) I would like an indoor pool somewhere inside the house with perhaps glass walls or just glass rooftop
4) I would like big chest room. enough to fit a ton of chest for all my belongings.
5) I would like a big balcony somewhere along the house
6) I would like a big room with bed and everything.
7) For styles i prefer maybe either spanish or modern. Something that will look nice you decide. Materials is up to you and whatever you think will look nice and fit best. I realize that price varies depending on materials used.
8) This is just a list of things i would like to have included inside the home however there are still a ton of things that I'm allowing you to be creative and build what you want as long as it looks nice :D

*I am willing to spend a good amount if necessary on this. It will be worth it. Please do not list prices in the replies/comments to this post. If I choose you then we will discuss prices via in-game or thru conversations on the forums.

Ok well considering what I am asking for in this post can you come up with a rough estimate? *Keep in mind that I have a bunch of materials and will help provide them so you can deduct some cost from that in the estimate*

 

Considering my balance and some assets that I currently have I am willing to go up to 100k IF, and only if the quality of the building matches it.
