    Dear andrewkm,

    I was playing eco city craft today when someone won the lottery and it gave me and idea. What if you could choose how much money you pay for your lottery tickets, for example you could buy a $250, $500, $750, or a $1000 lottery ticket and the more you spent on your tickets the more likely you'll win. I hope you consider my suggestion.

    It would be fun to be able to put in a 100 dollar 0.1 of a ticket just so you have a chance every lottery well still not heavily affecting you balance
