The interest is a bit low for a large cash loan over that period of time. I am afraid my offer would be almost identical to @Imabankthing 's. Also, $1.3 mil for a star pick isn't that much for a payment plan; they are $1.1 mil upfront. Time is money, and that $200k is buying a lot of time.

 

I'm not as rich as I was at this thread's inception but will be loaning again none the less.
