    In order to file a lwc request, the user needs to be offline for 7+ days, given a 3 day eviction with evidence, or committed major grief in the town. If you simply cannot get a hold of them, please utilize the mail command, similar to "/mail send crusher_4 message"

    If the user is offline for 7+ days, you can reapply for an lwc removal, but for now, send a mail sir :)
