@Ch3rryKills please file separate LWCs for each person. (Also, as a side note, you can use /seen to see if a user has been gone for 7+days; seems their player file was cleared, which happens after 2+months, if I recall correctly. Forums show them having been gone for 6+ months anyway). Locked.
