@Daven77449 I am going to have to deny this LWC request because there are currently no grounds for their locks to be removed without their permission. The player is not inactive for 7 days, and there has not been a 3 day eviction notice, your message 2 days ago is not able to be accepted since I am not able to confirm that they have had 3 days after receiving that notice to remove their locks. You can refile this LWC once the player is either inactive for 7 days, or if 3 days have passed since they viewed the request for the locks to be removed. Locked: LWC Request Denied
