The players friend, Mayhem_madness, has told me that the player will not be allowed to rejoin the server due to personal reasons.

I havent got proof of an eviction notice due to the fact I wasn't aware that I had to give one in this case. The player just left without any notice and mayhem_madness messaged me and told me after they had left. I can send an eviction notice now if you want.
