The person was never a part of the town and found some unlocked chests, then chose to lock them rather than just empty them. I'd like to have the option to remove the chests. Since the user was never a part of the town, I don't believe they need the notification due to residents being evicted.
@cainam in order to have these locks removed you will have to either wait for Imabankthing to be inactive from the server for 7 days or more, or you will have to provide evidence that you legally evicted them either with a forum post here or using in game mail. Since the owner of the locks is neither inactive, nor have they been legally evicted, these locks cannot be removed right now.
