    8. Is this user banned from the server? He is not banned, he has not been online since it happened.

    9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: He is a town member and locked someone else's furnace. This is the second area I found has been randomly locked by this user despite not being a member of the town.

    A mail was sent to the user in response to the complaint. Please contact this user to have him remove the locks and if he refuses to please repost an lwc removal request with proof that he refuses to remove the locks and they will be dealt with accordingly.
