8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? User has offline from the server for 30 days and is no longer entitled to plots or permissions in Cookietown.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Maddennis10 was removed from the town a while back for inactivity of over 10 days, much to the sadness of the town, as Maddennis10 was the town's first member. Upon excavation of his three 10x10 plots for reselling, it was discovered that he had created a small mining hole which was used to grief under the town. The mining shafts were inspected and appeared to be short and unconnected to a tunnel system. As this tunnel was close to the floor of the ocean, with a connection to the top, the obvious dent in the surface of the ocean alerted me, and I passed through it to find a small underground palace made of cobble. Whilst initially assuming it was a recent one, I then noticed the locks, which I would like removed. I doubt Maddennis10 can have action taken against her for griefing, given that the mining activity could not be recent, therefore I haven't posted a grief report on this.
