I have not, its a troll lock, The head itself is @xpurexcorex 's.
And @sick24 had is also troll locked.
I wanted to move him to the correct rank but cannot.

Deeno also has locked his own head, but cannot prove is a troll lock unfortunatly.
From my understanding troll locks can be removed without needing a 3 day eviction notice.
