8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? This user is not banned and i have contacted him/ her throught in game mail but no reply was given.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I have recently bought a town and i want LWC removal because im going to build epic stuffs and these LWC are in my way. thanks for the understanding and time given to removed the signs.
