With the screenshots provided, I will not be able to remove this users locks. When sending a mail to someone you are evicting, you must include the name of the town that they are being evicted from. The user is offline only 4 days, so you can either wait till they are inactive the full seven days, or you resend the mail, specifying what town they are being evicted from. Locked
