I have mailed him several times warning him and told him to respond. He has been offline for 7 days breaking our towns rules and refused to pay his loan.

11. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I am losing money by letting an plot be taken up and have a loan still out on it. I want to get a paying user in to earn a little profit while helping someone out.
