original owner is 560L i bought the town about a week ago.

8. What kind of protections are these? (doors, chests, signs etc.): signs, 1 dirt, and a pumpkin.

9. How many protections are we removing?: 18 signs, 1 dirt on floor 3, and a pumpkin on floor 2. i have put a cobble stone block above it to mark out the pumpkins spot.

10. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: He is not banned, and i have tried to contact him several times and he will not mail me back or buy a tp++ from someone to the coords i sent him in a mail.

Why do you want it gone/reasons?: its causing problems for me and the people that use my farm, the dirt hurts you when you use the sign and also in some spots wont let you use the sign. the pumpkin is annoying to the people using this farm because they want to farm everything since they bought perms here. and for the signs i just dont want him having stuff locked in my town when he has no right to lock anything in my town. i dont know why he even locked the min the first place, i have never had anyone do that before...
