Not banned, just inactive 7+ Days and I have sent a mail with the Evic notice 7 days ago (I have double checked and this time i have done this right. I've given him a notice, and waited the 7 days, now I hope i can get these removed finally :p)

I need to flatten the town, and the user is inactive (7+ days currently), so I need to remove buildings and locks.
