Player has been inactive for more than 14 days. Town has a 14-day inactivity policy, to which the player agreed on buying her plots. Further, this is a town library, which cannot be accessed because the player is inactive. These are not chests with the player's possessions in them. Just a cleanup request of a town public service.

11. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:

To remove locks of an inactive player from a shared town resource.
