Heryt2 is actually one of my good friends on ECC, and one of my co-mayors. The problem is that he had placed these chests when we built the town hall for my town. I have perms to use/open them but cannot remove them. We were gonna remove the chests when we were complete the built but unfortunately he hasn't been online since (over 3 weeks). Same thing goes for the signs, he put them in the bottom floor of the apartment building until I could get some shop plots set up. I have different plans for the lobby of the apartments but am unable to proceed until these signs are removed. I know I am usually supposed to have a user evicted to have their lwc removal but I really don't want to do that to one of my friends.

No Heryt2 isn't banned from the server, he just hasn't been online in 3+ weeks. I sent him mail over 2 weeks ago asking if he could remove them the next time he was online but unfortunately he hasn't been online since. No sorry I don't have proof of the messages I sent him.
12. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
The chests are no longer needed. And the signs just don't fit into my plan for the lobby of the apartment building anymore. I'd like to rearrange the lobby but am unable to proceed until those signs are gone.
