10. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?:
Zillah was warned multiple times not to grief, and was warned twice by mods, and multiple times by the mayor and myself. We posted an eviction notice on the forums three days ago, and left signs in front of here house to tell her that she has been evicted, and to check the post on the forums for more info.

11. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
We have removed the person from the town, and no longer want their things there.
