The user is not banned and i have mailed the user to remove the lock though they have been inactive for 6days 4 hours at this point and we need the lock gone so we can sell the apartment. I do not have proof of this but as they are inactive they would not have seen the mail yet anyway.

WeeKillieMiner has locked the door to the apartment across from his when this apartment does not belong to him, and we need to have it removed as this is preventing us from selling it to anyone.
