@_Sharpy do you have any evidence of in game eviction? As the user doesn't have a forum account they need to be notified in game?
@TaylorBros22 I did mail each person who didn't have a forums account, but I forgot to screenshot. Does this mean I have to mail again and screenshot it?
I would just wait until they are offline 7 days, it's only 5 hours away, then file another request. For the moment, I'll lock this as you can't provide evidence of an eviction and the user hasn't been offline 7 days Denied Locked
