I have not had the ability to ask them to remove the locks, this request is my last resort. This player troll locked these chests in my town (in which he/she is not a member) during the LWC reset.

10. Why are you requesting these be removed: These chests were troll locked during the LWC cleanup. The player who locked them, Thorpian, is not and has not ever been a member of Penguinville. I am requesting that staff unlock these chests because Thorpian has been offline for nearly 9 days, and the chests are in the way of developing the town.
