    Unfortunately I cannot remove these locks until you provide evidence of an eviction notice. Once you issue the notice, be sure to take a time-stamped screenshot of the mail. You may re-file the lwc removal once 3 days have passed (or the user is offline for 7+ days). Be sure to include the town name in the eviction and make sure to mention that he must remove his locks.
