6. Is this user banned from the server? Can you provide proof of this?:. Person was Inactive for more than the rules. We never see him around the town, he agreed to permenant Plot

7. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: As co-mayor, the real mayor, Eastlandglen, wants all inactive users housing removed, so the only thing the other co-mayor and I couldn't remove were the locked objects.
