Yes, 3 doors. That was a typo on my part.
Seabez was evicted due to robbery. Following eviction notice, Seabez displayed inappropriate language and minor grief (Violation of Annymia's Town Rule #1)

He was given a 3-day eviction notice the day before I filed (6/18), was evicted on 6/21- 5 days ago. In his eviction notice period, he was asked to remove his locks and he did not. I didn't screenshot anything.
