The user Billy007Bob was removed from town some time ago, and the plot has already been resold.
However, the trade sign is still there and needs to be removed.
The picture provided shows the members of the town, a list from which Billy007Bob is missing.

 

The user was evicted before i became co-owner of the town, or even a resident of the town... :/
For as far as i know the current owner, Samurai_N doesn't have any proof either...
