This player has not payed rent for his plot recently, and I don't know if he ever will. He is using a plot in the city, without paying rent, which for him is due every Sunday. The town rules state that not paying rent, unless notice of a later payment, will result in eviction. The tricky thing is that I don't know if/when this player will ever be back on the server, as I cannot find his ban reason anywhere on the forums. Once he's banned for 7 days, he can be evicted for inactivity without notice, which is another town rule. If he gets back before 7 days, I will cancel this request.
