6. Is this user banned from the server? Can you provide proof of this?: No. And yes, this person was seen initially 1 day ago when I first applied. Now we're on the 6th day. No errors indicating hes a banned user. I have e-mailed him to let him know his property needs to be removed with no response.

7. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: 1) They are on my new claimed land. 2) With a forthcoming demo/dirt fill (plans to make it all flat) of this 200x200 space.. they're going to get in the way OF that.
