Yes, and yes. However they seem quite busy. I did have a previous request but was able to get ahold of him. He DID unlock almost all the chests except 6 I guess he couldn't get to/didn't see. I contacted him but he hasn't responded and was seen just about over an hour ago online. So I am filing a request again.
