The user has been banned for serious offenses and has griefed in my town, I would not like him back even if he is unbanned.
@RyanZ112233 Simply being banned doesn't make a user eligible to be subject to an LWC removal. Rather, they have to meet the criteria for one of these requirements listed below: A user is inactive (by staff standards, this means at least 7 days offline.) A user has been issued a 3 day eviction notice that complies with the requirements above in Clause 3. Proof of the eviction notice must be provided. A user has been banned for Moderate+ grief in the town. A user has been requested to remove their locks via an eviction notice and has outrightly declined to do so (timestamped proof of declination to remove locks must be provided with the request.) The user in question, however, fails to meet the inactivity or grief criteria. The only criteria that's unclear whether or not they meet yet, is the eviction criteria. So it all comes down to this: Do you have any evidence of an eviction notice being issued to this user 3 days ago or more with the user in question having the chance of reading it? If so, please provide the proof. You have 24 hours.
Seeing as its been over 24 hours since my post and you haven't replied with any proof of an eviction notice being issued, I will be denying this LWC. You may file another LWC on this user after 3 days if and when they meet the criteria that I listed in my post above.
