Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Planning to change some things about the town, North88 actually used to be mayor, hence the rules and all being locked by him. But, he has been inactive for quite sometime, except 10 days ago when he removed himself from the town and made me the mayor, telling me this via mail. Also, with the second coords there is a floor above it with locked stuff aswell
