8. Is this user banned from the server? Can you provide proof of this?: No.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I'm the current owner of the property. FunkiestDread763 is the previous owner. He lost ownership over the property due to inactivity. The locked doors, chest, and blocks are all in my way and I can't go about building my plot the way I plan to until they're removed. :(

Side Note: The blocks that I need removed are located under the doors locked by FunkiestDread.

 

I've corrected the coordinates. It's a small plot and the locked doors/blocks are all within just a few blocks of each other of the listed coordinates. The chest is underground. You can take a short ladder to get down to it, the ladder is hard to miss. =)
