If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Well, on a recent grief report i made ProDreamzhavoc name came up and Jetscat said it was him and banned him. I'll have to contact Jetscat about why the user wasn't banned before I remove the lock. I'll contact you ingame when I discuss this with him.
After talking with Jetscat, the user was banned for the grief report and I removed the lock on the chest.
