They were inactive for 7 days, stated in the town rules this results in a kick and lot removal, I asked him to take his chests, he said no.     The user has not been offline for the required amount of time and although you have provided proof of him saying he will not remove them, i have also mailed him ingame. He has 3 days to remove them, if they are not removed by them please post another LWC request and i will remove them
