The user is not banned from the server, I've been mailing the player, asking for the locks removal. William started responding that he had no time to remove it, but he would do it soon. Now he does'nt even respond to the mails at all, simply leaving the locks and his house on the plots. I have no evidence mails anymore, but he is constantly online on the server and I mail him everyday, he's just ignoring it, please remove it, or try to talk to him. thank you
