9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: It's in the shop that I rented, and I am unsure as to how it was locked in the first place.

 

Never mind, got a hold of skullman774 and he came and broke the block. Apparently he had owned the shop before me, and when it was world edited out, the lock that was on a chest there remained but the chest didn't.
