8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? No, but they're inactive, and i'm cleaning out the town.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Town cleanup, as you can see it's a very ugly, messy place and the locks must be removed for new, fresh plots to be made.
