    8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? I have contacted him, and he won't remove his locks.

    9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Reselling his plot, and there in the way.

    I can't find any locks within the house, therefore I'm assuming you got Vid the proof required and he simply didn't lock the thread.
