8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? No. But I have mailed them a few weeks ago about the situation. Jakeyray18 Unlocked some of the chests from other players but these still remain. He too mailed them.

- "Ok well I have removed all of the ones that I am allowed by the rules to remove I have also personally mailed all of the other users who have no had their locks removed at this time. As for your evidence in my eyes that doesn't really prove that you asked the user to remove the locks, In future may I ask you be more thourough when you are screenshotting the mail you are sending to people."
