8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? I have no way to contact this person. I have tried to no avail. I do not think they are banned though.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: This person no longer plays on the server, last time I saw him was about a year ago. His chest still remains in a build near my farm. I want to remove the build and rebuild my farm. Also if at all possible I would like to keep the contents as we collected them and found them ourselves.
