If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? I was trying to sell this user a house in my town and repeatedly asked him to leave and I finally got him to leave my town. Now I find out that he locked a public lift sign that I forgot to lock and I really don't want to deal with having him come to my town, having him remove the locks, and then try to get him to leave my town again. 9.
